mens mental health matters. but if you hijack a conversation that was about another group and make it about yourself, you're apart of the problem.😭 make your own posts. create your own spaces. dont minimize or take away from other people's experiences

You literally just told us men’s mental health matters then said if anyone not mentally well starts talking about it when they weren’t asked that they are the problem… then told the mentally unwell men to make their own groups as if they’re really wanting to do that right now or give a shit at all. This post is fucking hilarious.

you missed the point completely. you could post about violence against women and want to open up a space for women to talk about it and there will be a guy saying “but women are violent against men and none of you care!” that’s not what the post said. if you truly feel that way then make a post talking about violence against men instead of trying to discredit the original topic. nobody said it doesn’t matter.

You both missed my point. They’re asking mentally unwell people to make better decisions. Decisions they probably would make if they weren’t mentally ill.

dude being mentally ill doesnt give you a pass to treat people poorly by hijacking their conversations. it might be a reason, but it isnt an excuse. i know its easier said than done, but we need to take initiative for our own healing instead of making it everybody else's problem. its making us look bad. there are resources out there to help

mental illness doesn’t excuse what you’re trying to make it excuse. i’m sure the several women who open up spaces are plenty ill. if you’re ill then get help. you don’t need to hijack spaces to do that.

I never said it did. I’m just saying don’t expect mentally ill people to act correctly. They are literally not well in the head and they are going to do things that are not socially acceptable.
