Try either some white/brown/black noise in the background. Or pull up a 10 min meditation. If you have iOS, check out an app called oak and do the 5 min deep calm in it. Set a 30-40 min timer and silence your notifications. When it goes off TAKE A BREAK, perhaps some stretching. Phones drain our dopamine and make it harder to focus on things like studying, etc etc.
