Any tips on weight loss?

For me, changing diet helped a lot. I limit my sugar intake now and I drink more water. I’m eating more fiber and getting my exercise in by running or walking. You can still eat junk food, but limiting how much you eat it helps. Protein such as grilled chicken, fish, etc… is also filling. Plant based protein like nuts is also good. But yeah, the diet and exercise helps.

It’s literally all about eating less calories than you’re body burns. Find low cal varieties of your fav food. For ice cream try halo top.
