 Long story short, we have had mold growing in our apartment and leaking throughout the ceilings. The landlords and maintenance guys and managers have all come by and said it’s not mold. They FINALLY took us serious when we threatened with legal action

The state I live in has laws against mold in housing and it must be a safe space to live (no mold or leakage etc) AND WE ARE FINALLY MOVING YAYYYYY

We found out yesterday. Have been packing since. We are moving from a two bed one bath with no ac, washer and dryer to a one bed one bath with AC AND WASHER AND DRYER YAYYYYYYY

Sadly it is within the same apartment complex but at least now they know we aren’t bullshitting about the problems and that we will handle them how it needs to be handled. Months of mold growing and leakage and nothing was done until we said we would get a housing lawyer involved
