She’s going to have to compromise on that either way because relationships aren’t one sided. If someone has a full time job they aren’t going for that.

Obviously if someone has a job depending on the job they can’t respond immediately but that’s why communication is important. A “I’m sorry I’m super busy at work I’ll text when I can” text is a lot different than just getting ignored.
