Is this an appropriate place to say I clocked 5:00 when I was 15?

6’1 and was going d’1 soccer route. Right before my 17th birthday tore my groin, 6 months of rehab later tore it again and quit the sport for good. Fastest mile I’ve run in recent times was 7:26 I don’t got it no more haha

Dang that sucks, hey you’ll get there! I wish I could be that fast but my stamina starts to die after 1/2 a mile of running at like 10mph on the treadmill. Any tips on how to overcome that?

1. Consistency in ur training the more u run the more u progress, 2. Make sure ur always properly stretching before hand, ur best times comes when ur body is prepared. And 3. On a day when u want to pr track how u eat before hand. What u put into ur body will affect how u feel on the run
