gang I’m trying to cut my habit of getting unhealthy drinks and snacks does anyone have any tips on how to cut I want to save money and have a body and face to look at and be proud of

you should switch your snacking to something that’s a whole food or something that’s very low in calories so you can eat lots of it and feel satisfied but not feel that it’s unhealthy. and the hardest part for me was mostly drinking water, liquid calories are very counter productive unless it’s like milk or some protein drink.

Like someone else said— carrots. I also like frozen bananas dipped in dark chocolate or PB for sweet. Or I like corn nuts for something salty. Not healthy but makes me jaw tired/takes long to chew so I eat it slower than like— potato chips

I like baby carrots. Delicious and low effort, and cold for when ur in an ice cream mood (happens to me daily)

I would go to JH for the fruit in the dining hall, but I need to get more fruits and veggies more often also water is the best thing ever but I am also curious on how I can handle drinking it more and more often I think water can help clean you body a bit too

My dad buys things of salty peanuts like a lot of it is that okay? Also I probably should eat more bananas not even just for weight lose but my skin gets so fuckinh clear holy shit

Too much peanuts no. In moderation yes. Peanuts tend to be high in salt, oils/fats. But pack a good amount of protein so just balance it out
