Art isn’t a study. You learn to know, and you draw to create. It’s not the same thing

And also Art can absolutely be a study when you’re graded on it, critiqued constantly, and pushed to produce on demand like I am. You don’t magically separate “learning” and “creating” when your assignments literally require both at the same time on a deadline
