Median salary in the state. You would think yeah you should live very comfortably right? Right? Wrong! The average apartment in the area I live in Oakland County and anywhere near Detroit is $1500. The average auto insurance rate is $200 a month. So ok then what job should I do? Be a drug dealer. What a fucking joke.

I believe. Fucked up. And yet we’re considered the 23rd most affordable state in the US. Yeah maybe compared California. Doesn’t mean it’s all affordable.
