It’s the best Spider-Man movie ever icl, that’s Peter Parker from the comics and the games put on the screen

Doesn’t need them to carry tbh, it’s the most faithful Peter Parker portrayal we’ve gotten

It wasn’t them carrying. It was a great movie that brought all three great spider-men together

It’s a good movie with a lot of issues in it for the sake of it being MCU, but this movie is literally the comics and games on the screen telling a down to earth story about character growth. No way home did that good with the other Spidermen but it was also for the gimmick of nostalgia, oversaturated. This movie is perfect, down to earth street level story

Was there not character growth in NWH?

There was but the main appeal of the movie was having the nostalgic moments and it being oversaturated with not only the nostalgia but the doctor strange plot. We’ve never gotten a Tom Holland centric movie until this one

We literally had Homecoming and Far from Home. Are you just meaning like with no like Avengers or any other outside people? Cause isn’t hulk and punisher in the movie?

Not saying it’s bad to have outside characters but those other characters took away some focus instead of being there to show an aspect about himself. The first two spidermen movie was him leaning on stark not only as a person, but his technology as well (and I js don’t like either movie in general.) no way home, although good, as the issue of being oversaturated for the sake of being oversaturated even tho the other Spidermen did teach him the lesson of not giving into rage. This movie, every

Character is a reflection of Peter’s struggle and needs to be there. Bruce represents the monster Peter believes his ability is, and banner makes him question that. Punisher is the humanity in Peter and the solitude he feels he has to hold onto, and they both change from the events. The main villain is the version of Peter he neglected, the one who sat alone but was changed by love
