This is actually a concept that’s been studied! Our music tastes tend to form between the ages of 12-22 and stagnate from there due to nostalgia, busier lifestyles, and a reduced willingness to try newer unfamiliar music.

If you play it around them a lot growing up, then theoretically yes! I listen to a lot of old school rock thanks to my Mom
