I just found out that 30% of Gen Z men believe that wives should obey their husbands. If you believe that, block me now, because you are pathetic.

If that statistic is true, then I’d say our generation deserves to be as single and lonely as we are. If 30% of our men are stupid enough to believe such nonsense, then we’re doomed as a society, and the best outcome is for all of those disgusting incel creatures who believe this kind of sexist shit never be allowed to touch a woman ever again.

If works one way it should work the other, husbands should obey their wives. Men be forgetting women were great gardeners with certain flowers in the 50’s and 60’s, and grandmothers were widows and remarried for many reasons. Don’t piss off the person who cooks your food.

As a woman and a Christian I think it’s a two way street. Wives should obey their husbands AND husbands should honor and love their wives. I doubt 30% of Gen Z men would agree with that second part 😂 but I think it’s something every couple needs to discern for themselves. Just because those are my ideals for marriage doesn’t mean other people have to agree with them, and a man who believes that isn’t gonna have great luck imposing it onto a woman who doesn’t.

Call me crazy but I think this isn’t as weird as it sounds. Tbh in marriage it should go both ways for husbands and wives. I think you should do what your partner asks most of the time. Obeys is a weird word to use here tho for sure.

12-15% of boomer men believe that. Meaning it’s doubled in our generation. That’s not history, that’s red pill

Girl we didnt choose for men to suddenly decide we were evil because god said so like 2000 years ago. Everything was much more chill in terms of "men vs woman" shit before organized religion

How did women contribute to men deciding shit for us without asking our opinions

Can you please just clarify your stance? Are you for or against the subjugation of females based on gender? Because I can’t tell what point you’re trying to make as is

Against it. I’m not a white man so I go thru same shit. Only white men have it made

I agree that it’s harder for other demographics, in countless ways, but I promise you we don’t have it made. I’ve struggled in a lot of ways lately, especially with my employment and making ends meet so I wouldn’t call that having it made. Would I potentially be in a worse, more disadvantaged position if I wasn’t a white male? Probably, but that doesn’t make me any less broke and jobless than I am lol

So why say "yall contributed" when we legit have been fighting for our rights and basic respect for centuries

Tbh i see the ppl with the most privilege are the ones who THINK they have it the worst because they have nothing to compare it to. In reality if everyone spent a day in a more disadvantaged circumstance then we would all be more grateful. The grass is always greener type shii. Ya'll are set up to have the most success but not necessarily be happy too. We just have less of a chance of success with more of a motivation to "make lemonade out of lemons" if that makes sense
