If they do their job right, I’ll tip, but if they’re lousy when it’s not even busy, it’s on them. Tip should be based on the service because it’s optional, not required.

the only time min wage is fair is when it can sustain the cost of living (which 16/hr does not) min wage needs to be on the same scale as inflation which it isn’t i think iirc min wage should be around 25/hr
