You take any kind of maintenance therapy or brixaldi / naloxone injection anything like that sounds like no Idk bro. Not really any good advice you can give someone What are your personal relationships like. Or how you keep yourself busy and spend your time. Usually the former is the most effective thing for who’s actually at risk for serious relapse What drug of choice are we talking about here

Well if you do end up not staying sober just try to make sure it doesn’t go on for days and days longer than a week. Imo, that’s where a pretty negligible choice can turn into like a giant life path altering challenge for the next month or few weeks or idk how long I’ve had days where I spend a day or a few days on dope and just out of fear of what might happen if I stop I’ll keep it going for 2 weeks and make it way worse for when the time comes to hop off the dope. few really isn’t that bad once in a while or nearly enough for your body to adjust hard enough to make the consequences all that unbearable. Like it’s still possible and much more doable if it’s under a week or a few days to just go back to what you were doing before and just consider it a momentary break of routine
