Healthcare is never free, ppl have to get paid and someone has to pay their salary

yes, i mean in the sense that it’s “free” like in other countries where government subsidies sourced from tax money pay for free visits. it would be a little silly to want for a world where healthcare labor is all pro bono haha

And those country’s are failing bc of tax’s. Including England

failing is a strong word!

Welfare in England is higher than gdp

and yet still unaffordable to many, sadly

Meaning they spend more than they make

I agree, my dad forced me to write out a budget and that’s literally the only reason i’m able to afford it

the UK has free health care for their residents. look it up. its called NHS.

Ok say ur dumb without saying it. They pay more in tax’s and it comes from that it’s not free at all, additionally it takes weeks to months to get care.

yes its tax-funded, but its free at the point of use, meaning things like ER visits, seeing a GP, and getting mental health care dont cost money when UK residents use them

Again takes weeks to months and England isn’t leading in health and I’d rather pay it 1 time then have to pay it every paycheck

We already have that in the US with no free healthcare but I get your point

We don’t have our welfare over spending our gdp. We have tax’s like every developed nation but they don’t take a 1/3 of a average income
