It’s hot to me but tbh I think you should put yourself first. The longer you date him out of pity the harder it will be for him to move on. Ik you care about him but you don’t deserve to sacrifice your own chance at romantic love in order to keep him happy. Plus he deserves to be genuinely loved romantically too so don’t rob him of that chance either!!
