yuh he emailed me some checks to deposit in my account and then try to send some of the money back. the checks are almost certainly fraudulent i’ve checked with my bank already but he’s tried threatening me and begging me to send his money back

see i did after we started texting and he initially started crashing out cause he was annoying me and trying to pressure me to send the money back but now im like on one hand i know i definitely SHOULD block him even more so cause of the death threats on the other hand it’s kinda funny to troll but also im like hm what if he does actually come try to kill me or something you know. who knows

Empty threats. There’s a way higher likelihood he’s in some overseas country trying to scare people into sending him money. Classic scammer techniques.

If it makes you feel more safe, carry some pepper spray on you. And don’t talk to him, you’re only giving him more room to try and manipulate you
