I’ve decided 5, 18 hour fasts a week, other two days will be 24 hour fasts. Then once a month a long 72 hour fast. Food wise I’ve also decided during the 24 hour fasts when I eat it’ll only be between 500-600 calories, the rest will be 1500 calories.

Gotta shed 50 pounds to join the Air Force. Goal is by October 1st but imma see if I can by September 1st

As to maintain my weight is to eat / drink 3200 calories a day. Gonna cut it in half
