The thrown out food can make people sick and then the homeless people sue the companies for money that’s why they don’t give it out

Dunkin Donuts throws out perfectly good food every single day and actually penalizes employees who try to take any. I’m sure other restaurants have similar policies.

My partner wasn’t allowed to give the left over burgers to the homeless people outside his McDonald’s anymore bc they’d go to the other McDonald’s a few miles away and return them for cash refunds
