Make sure you’re financially prepped (lots of savings), have a secured job that brings you enough to sustain yourself, and remember you don’t have to disclose your new location if you don’t want to after moving out 🤗

i want to have a good relationship with my dad. he says i’m an adult, but then doesn’t treat me like one when it’s convenient for him. i know he’ll be pissed i just hope he’ll understand

Of course! I totally understand that rocky relationship as well. I’m 19 too, and it’s going to be scary but I think it’s worth taking a risk sometimes to put yourself out there. Try having a conversation with him about potentially moving out if you think he’ll be able to handle it. You got this I believe in youuuuuu
