as somebody with both i get more piercings bc im my weird brain they feel less permanent like id rather a lil scar than a picture i dont fw on me forever but tattoos healing and pain wise are a breeze especially after getting hella piercings to me it felt like a cut like nothing crazy and it healed in like three days
