Hey man, as someone with horrible guilt issues and has faced similar emotions in my life: try and go to sleep. The more nights pass the less it will hurt.

I don’t know if you’re religious or not but this is an anonymous platform so I have to take the risk of offending you (not my intention). God sees you, He sees your hurt. Too many people say “it’s all a part of God’s plan” but sometimes that’s not entirely true. Bad things happen because of our fallen world, but God can take the bad and turn it for good. Lean on Him in these hard times, He loves you. Keep your chin up 🫶
