Take if off then?? If you go to school or work somewhere that has a dress code maybe get like an undershirt/ layer your clothes that kind of thing. Also there are undershirts/ tank tops with built in cups. You don’t really have to wear a bra, but if you just feel naked without one then I would recommend wireless bras
