There’s gotta be a point where we start treating customers in retail and service how they treat us, just cause I’m an employee and you’re an d dirt bag close to the grave doesn’t mean you can treat me poorly cause you’re not giving me enough info to help

This is why when I interview for these kinds of jobs I want to know how my management sees these situations. I’ve worked jobs where I can treat them exactly as they treat me or coworkers/staff and management is like “they earned it 🤷‍♂️”

No bc I work back of house in a restaurant and sometimes the complaints are so insane that I beg them to let me come out there and deal with it
