Why are people I meet irl so flaky and put in little effort to friendship. How do I find people that aren’t like this

Genuinely, they find you, I’ve been solo traveling for about 4yrs doing what genuinely interests me and being solo you crave interaction so I’ve met the best people from all over doing just what interests me. People LOVE passion!

Then you got the hard part the rest is when you go to these places (idk farmers markets) it’s about engaging maybe even the shop owners other costumers etc eventually being “regular”. I think we just live in distrustful times so I think people flake when they know they won’t see you around? Don’t wanna yap but yk what I mean
