Unless the recording was done in a public setting, you could get away with it. If the recording was done in a household or private setting, you’d be in violation of federal wiretap laws unless you had consent to record.

I see this as wrong. Everybody says hurtful things literally every single human we all have a face we put on. It’s not right to try and expose someone for something everybody does
