Like I’m almost never fully sober anymore, eating away my feelings, withdrawing from my friends, cutting off family, this is just how it’s gonna go for me ig

Tbh I would if my family didn’t keep buying a bunch of food for me, the idea of wasting things freaks me out really bad so I can’t starve
