What kind of work? California has been stupid expensive for real estate for decades.

I'm a student currently but I work as a delivery driver. When tips are accounted for I get like $23 an hour. At least I've been able to save lots. And yeahh it has been going on a long time, that's why so many of them moved up to Washington in the 90s and made everything expensive (so people say)
