I live with him and I’m kinda suck. I don’t have resources or a good support system. Months ago I worked in secret to be able to leave and spent a lot of time on it and got really really close but then when the cheating thing came out shit hit the fan and my plans got ruined and I’ve been too depressed to try again.

I lied about one thing but I never lied to him about anything else. I’m not self serving. When he ended things with me 6 months ago I did tell him he deserved better than me, and when I was at his place a couple nights ago I told him it again.

Does this other guy know about the abuse? And when you saw him a couple nights ago did you hookup? It’s a messed up situation but if you can start being honest and especially if you’re being truthful about not having talked to him for 6 months then maybe you can fix this. Priority #1 is leaving your abusive bf tho.

No he doesn’t know about the abuse. When he found out about the cheating idk I got scared to tell him everting and I knew it wouldn’t help the fact that I still hurt him so I never said anything. We did stuff but we didn’t have like actual sex. I spent the night too.
