Hi OP, what you describe is why foreplay is important. Men typically reach climax faster than women which is why they need to prime the women to synchronize together. A lot of men ignore this part and become mechanical to the woman. Porn makes this worse to where they can get ED out of it mentally.

The other issue most don’t talk about is the rise of fetish that is not the same as foreplay. They can appear the same and overlap but the distinction is foreplay is mutual like a dance weaving to prime while fetish like rough sex makes sex into a drug and both get their high as a drug user.

The problem is fetish typically with one wanting it and the other not really into and thus that is why foreplay is the answer and not fetish. Being rough can be part of foreplay but not some drug that pleases one person mostly.
