Sometimes I have insecure thoughts, but I recognize what I’m feeling so I don’t act on it. Is that normal? Or is real confidence not having those thoughts to begin with?

even the most outwardly confident feel insecure at times. you only see their behavior not their thoughts it’s never 100% confidence unless ur like a narcissist
