america be FUCKED. keep in mind that i hafe almost no idea of how this process goes, however i know how some other women’s health issues that aren’t taken seriously by most doctors go. number one things is find a doctor locally that actually cares about women’s health and WANTS to help. be honest with them, and if there is enough of a paper trail they can sometimes get insurance to pay. i have a close friend who got sterilized in her early 20s, and it took a minute for her to find a doctor
