The average first time homebuyer is 40 years old now. I’m 22 going on 23 with my parents still. You’re not alone.

I’m 23 almost 24 with my parents, not even thinking about moving out

I’m not even making my way towards moving out either. I suppose my family is above average because by or near 23 they have a baby/are married/ moved out or have things going for them. That’s just not me.
