I didn’t swim but my diet was 100 grams rice, 180 grams ground chicken with bell peppers, and a few fruits everyday

I’ve gone from 258-225 and keeping it up. J gotta eat only when you’re hungry and eat good food.

Took some work, but basically just dedicated to working out an hour after work every day, and eating until I was content, instead of full. While it was warm i swam for 30-60 minutes every day too, but obviously that was just extra while I could. I also switched out to 0 calorie or low calorie drinks was huge!
