Realistically just cals in cals out. Just go walk the treadmill watch tv do cardio. Losing weight is all in the kitchen. I went on a huge bulk and a huge cut. Lost 60 pounds never felt better in my life

you can fit anything into a calorie deficit if you plan it out properly āŗļøš iāve been losing weight eating whatever i want just by staying active and tracking my calories

As somebody who lost 45 pounds so far just have 5 nuggets and maybe a salad or something with it as long as itās in your calories youāre chilling

You guys do know that a 20 piece nugget is only 830 calories lol. You don't always need to eat three gigantic meals a day and you certainly don't have to work out to lose weight
