I actually had a pelvic floor physical therapist that I went to, but also you can buy vaginal dilators online those really helped!!

not to mention it’ll get your body used to having something inside without your body screaming at you and they make pretty big sizes once you get up there and remember it’s a muscle and all you’re doing is retraining that muscle
