What’s your use case for WordPad? What’s it better for over using either regular old Notepad or Word?

Just use sublime or something. Build your own notepad app.

Word costs money. Notepad is just the .txt format so no fancy fonts or what have you. WordPad was a happy medium. I ended up installing it again from an online archive so I’m happy for the moment. Basically, it’s just preference.
