3-6 hour programing task is bullshit. Would you do 3-6 hours of hard manual labor unpaid? This to me says they don’t care about you as an employee and only want to exploit you. Find a different company.

AI detectors aren’t great though, so take whatever they say with a grain of salt. I took a peek at the screenshot and the emojis in it definitely give it that vibe
