go into cybersecurity more job security there imo. try getting an IT job on campus if possible and set up your own home server or make your own router something like that as a personal project

Move to India, get Indian citizenship, then apply for a work visa and with your experience you’ll be hired immediately. Takes some dedication though

bros gatekeeping 😭 , cybersecurity is still really new 10 years ago it wasnt even considered a maor in many universities and just last semester it was added as a major in my uni

People with Cyber security degrees are struggling to get a job for the most part. CS (comp sci) is the way to go

Not true at all. People with comp sci degrees are more versatile but they are struggling more than cyber people.
