I strongly encourage you to consider working in manufacturing or construction as an analyst. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than empowering blue collar workers to communicate their needs to the business. As long as you treat them well, they’ll stick up for you more than other engineers. Personally I get tons of compliments on my weird hair/clothes/tattoos, even from conservatives I work with. Just treat people with respect. That’s it 🤷‍♀️
