I have this online full stack engineering position UNPAID and I’ve been doing it for 8 months now. It’s getting too much I think. Like I don’t wanna do ts unpaid. Is it worth leaving or keeping?

High key, you should calculate the value you’ve generated and put that on your resume AND a LinkedIn post stating you’re looking for your first paid role. Embarrass them (professionally).

You already brought value ask for employment with compensation. Cost of retraining and taking on a junior dev or new intern can be high.
