the at process takes a really long time btw. even if you get the CJO, expect months-years before getting the FJO. ask me how I know 😅

also, if the project is directly with the DOD, just apply anyways for sure. if it’s a contractor, it’ll be more difficult, but if you have good qualifications or can stand out, go for it too
