This is just not true. They’re very properly rated. They’re the 1 loss team with the best resume and their power rating is literally #4 in the country. They’re a good team.

They could VERY easily have 4 more losses. I’d argue they should have at least 2 more losses. They are the SEC’s new golden boy since Saban retired and get the benefit of every call, which has had a direct impact on the outcome of multiple game. I didn’t say they are bad, just overrated

Games aren’t decided by hypotheticals, and regardless of how you feel about reffing, a team has to actually beat them to win. Which hasn’t happened. They’d have lost more by now if they were overrated.

I’m not arguing against their record. But Georgia tech, at least for another few minutes and prior to today, has the same record. If that’s all that matters to you then I’m still right

Wins do matter. Who you beat also matters. Hence the point of “their resume is the best of the 1 loss teams.” If they weren’t good they wouldn’t win against good teams.

Being overrated is subjective. You’re entitled to that opinion but it doesn’t make mine any less wrong. I live in Georgia and talk to these people every day and what I’m saying isn’t exactly controversial even with those with the most bias and reason to disagree

If you bring up the ref thing/being an SEC golden boy I just don’t think that’s a valid argument to say they’re overrated. Whether or not you’re from Georgia. That’s just as much bias against Georgia as a Georgia homer has bias for them. Call them overrated, they still have the proper rating at #4 in the country.

Brother we are talking about a team that couldn’t cover the spread against charlotte today. There are other factors to consider, yes, including referees, that go into them being overrated or not. And I think you need to reread what I said, because almost every Georgia fan ive talked to, which is a lot of them, agree they are not as good as previous years and could just as easily be ranked 20th. But I’m not gonna try and convince you if you don’t agree. Like I said, being overrated is subjective

a) Kirby has literally NEVER covered the spread as a 40 point favorite. I suggest you watch one of those games if you need to see why. b) Saying they could be ranked 20th is wild c) Them not being as good as previous years means nothing in the context of this year, where they are literally the 4th ranked (and rated) team in the country. Don’t argue ts if you’re not going to do it in a way that is actually convincing

Kirby never covering in those games isn’t exactly seen as a positive, but I applaud the attempt to spin that. And yes, if they lost 2-3 more games, they would be ranked 20th or lower. That’s not subjective, that’s a fact. As for c, that’s just one for the factors that goes into if they are overrated or not. Wouldn’t get too worked up over that. I simply said it to show you that even Georgia fans agree with me. As for the last part, I simply don’t care enough about you to convince you of anything
