You can hate Texas and think they will lose if you want… but the fact that you don’t think they will be in the playoffs even if they beat Georgia shows that you have no ability to impartially analyze team resumes

Texas will be in the playoffs, I’m not a Texas fan. I don’t think they’re good enough, but the SEC will make sure they get in. Too much money on the line for them to not get in

They will not be getting into the playoffs, it’s a pretty competitive field this year and Texas is not in that range to compete

The SEC will have them beat a&m in their final game of season and maybe UGA as well if they feel it is needed

Well they probably won’t beat Georgia and even if they finish 9-3 I don’t even think they’d get in then, but that’s depends on who else is 9-3 and looking to sneak in. Also the impartially analyze statement is mute coming from you since you are obviously a Texas fan so that also removes ur ability to impartially analyze

lol you’re wrong, it’s not a mute point it’s a moot point. Moot has multiple definitions look it up. It’s also still commonly used in debate and in law

Good question — this is a common mix-up! The correct word in that context is “moot,” not “mute.” Here’s the difference: * Moot point: A point that is debatable, irrelevant, or no longer important to the current situation. * Example: Whether we should expand the project is a moot point now that funding’s been cut. * Mute: Means silent or unable to speak.

A majority of the time moot is pronounced as mute in American English and regardless “mute point” is an emerging phrase in the United States and other part of the world and I can link you to some linguistic studies if you’d like. I’m also cool enough to not use AI so get that slob away from me.

lol you’re incorrect by every definition you should run and hide in embarrassment. People do use mute, incorrectly. Because they don’t know that it’s actually moot. Like you

Which study do you want my man? Besides regardless of official definitions, I’m assuming you use slang in your daily vocabulary?

Slang isnt the same as incorrectly using a word because of ignorance
