the distance to the closest pac 12 team (utah) is close to the distance to the farthest big 10 team (penn state)

Switch Nebraska and Iowa. Ik having Iowa and Iowa State in dif conferences is weird, but Iowa’s been in the B1G since 1899, and Nebraska doesnt rly fit
