Tech’s breaking the bank to get elite talent. I fuck heavily with what the NIL is doing to other programs that aren’t the SEC or Big 10.

Full agree, dude also gets what he deserves. He’d be buried on a depth chart in an SEC team. This is a good thing imo.

Tech is also being super smart in recruiting the lines first. Games are won in the trenches. It doesn’t matter if u have a 5 star QB and WR if your OL can’t protect and ur DL can’t get pressure

I mean, Texas literally has incredible ass schools. Your pipelines are up there with California when it comes to generational talent, them not getting random dudes from New Jersey or Connecticut helps out. Mans a ball knower.

And yea, recruiting well in Texas is a winning strategy. Texas is one of the best producers of talent by far
