not when you realize this was made before the tennessee game and if BV lost that (which he was really close to) Ou would be 6-3 with Alabama, Missouri, and LSU still left. I really like Bv but flirting with 7-5 in year 4 at a school like oklahoma is unacceptable and bv knows that. Him being on the list is pretty valid imo plus he’s #10 not #1 lol

All very true. They’ve had a rough schedule for the years he’s been there. But having him here instead of Swinney is silly.

BV is one of the best defensive minds in CFB but he was objectively Mid his first two years with very light schedules. The hot seat talk isn’t just based of this season.

Dabo is pretty safe at clemson i think because he’s their best coach in history. Bvs record is awful for oklahoma standards Dabo set the standard. 2 very different dynamics.

Touché. He certainly is not Bob Stoops or Barry Switzer. I think firing the guy now though is a terrible idea due to the current market for coaches.

I agree but being from close by and going to a different it’s easy to understand the frustration of my friends. He pushed out dillion gabriel for jackson arnold. Dude hasn’t scored a touchdown vs texas in 3/4 years. He made horrendous offensive hires before this season. I wouldn’t fire him but fans will be fans and ou fans have very high standards.
