Sorry I’m still new to college football, but has universities poaching each other’s coaches always been this bad? It seems like if a bigger football program needs a coach they just take one from a division below them and then that university has a hole

That's why power 4 teams are always gonna have a monopoly. Programs outside of p4 just don't have enough money to compete and so they keep losing coaches

Generally speaking yeah but this year has definitely had a larger than normal number of firings/hirings I’d say

Don’t forget big teams pay off poor teams as jobbers so they look better for their records and resumes.
