Probably because someone else ahead dropped below them. They probably didn’t move in rankings at all, just had to go up by one as default due to someone else dropping and nobody else taking their spot ahead of Tennessee

Have you ever heard of trajectory? Also you can’t use one example and act like that invalidates a much wider pool of trends. Even if what you said was valid that would fall under exception not the rule.
