JKS is so good man. He just might be my 2028 number one draft prospect (yes I think about mock drafts that far into the future)

Really hoping he bucks the trend of QBs transferring to improve their draft stock. I get the idea behind it but he really seems to love where he’s at

First freshman in FBS history to have 200+ yards in his first 8 starts so he’s VERY confident. Sure he’s sometimes prone to freshman mistakes (as are all freshman QBs) but his arm talent and accuracy, specifically his deep ball, are SPECIAL. No offense to Cal but he’s done what he’s done with mid surrounding cast. Very poised in the pocket as well. Unconfirmed on this tidbit but he can supposedly throw the ball nearly 60 mph (Josh Allen set the combine record at 62 mph for reference)

He was originally committed to Oregon but transferred out. He beat out Devin Brown who transferred from Ohio State. To put it bluntly- I thought he was light years better than UM’s Underwood as a recruit/prospect
